Meet the founder
You're not hiring a firm. You're partnering with an experienced operator.

I have carried a number. I have built the systems. That is the difference.
I started FFP because I kept watching strong businesses hit the same ceiling. Not for lack of effort, but because the founder had become the one thing connecting sales and operations, and a business cannot scale through one person.
My job is to change what you spend your days on. To move you out of working in the business, closing every deal and catching every dropped ball, and into working on it. That only happens when the engine that sells and the engine that delivers can run without you holding them together.
The pattern was always the same. The businesses that broke through were not the ones with the most hustle. They were the ones who knew how to build the engine. That is the gap I close, in the work, with your team.
